KOLKATA: Five solar-powered rickshaws have been distributed among some poor people of ward 97 on 2 October recently. Mr Manish Gupta, state minister for development and planning, mayor Mr Sovan Chatterjee and local councillor and member, mayor-in-council (Solid Waste Department) Mr Debabrata Majumder were present on the occasion.
